Speaking Topics

Lunch and learns can be conducted at your church/business or by webinar. These sessions are designed to be 45-60 mins in length. They are all independent topics that will help you and your team gain understanding and give hands on activities to reinforce the concept taught.  While the list below is not exhaustive it does give an example of some topics that can be covered.

  • ​The Dynamics of Change- It is said that nobody likes change except for a wet baby. Whether we like change or not is inevitable. This session will help you to recognize your stuck points as it relates to change, change your conversation as it pertains to change, and help you to see how being an agent of change will foster a more positive environment around you.

  • The Power of Metamorphoo- Too often we transform the outside but our insides are still raggedy. This session will identify the limiting beliefs that you hold and ways in which to dispel them as you move to your best life.

  • Me, Myself and I- Understanding me, myself and I is the key to understanding others. As we gain a truer sense of who we are and what we want in life we can more easily take our eyes off of others. This session will examine understanding yourself, understanding self-worth, and how perspective changes it all.

  • Communication 101- While we all know how to communicate, we don't all do it the most effective. This session will help you identify the roadblock to clear communication and how to remove them.  As well as, examining the language of time and getting agreement. This session will not only help you at work but in your everyday life.

  • Mindset, the Key to Unlocking Change-  We want magic fair dust that will come and change all that is going wrong in our lives and unfortunately that only happens on television. If we really want change it starts first in our mind. The conversations that you have with yourself and every conversation that you have ever had is spinning around in your head. This session will examine those thoughts, give you tools to replace them and path to moving forward in victory. ​​
